About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will take ownership of sales and lead generation for Project 4 You.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable speaking with students and college representatives, strong at follow-ups, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
This is a result-oriented sales position where your primary goal is to generate and convert leads into paying customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Generate new student and college leads through outbound calling, WhatsApp, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Research colleges, departments, student communities and potential customer segments.
- Build and continuously maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Sales & Conversion
- Contact students and understand their project requirements.
- Explain Project 4 You services and packages effectively.
- Recommend suitable services based on customer requirements.
- Handle objections, negotiate professionally and close sales.
- Follow up consistently with interested and pending leads.
- Ensure timely collection of payments after conversion.
College & Institutional Outreach
- Contact colleges, departments, faculty members and student coordinators.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential institutional clients.
- Identify opportunities for workshops, training, internships, project support and academic collaborations.
- Develop long-term relationships with colleges and academic institutions.
Customer & Internal Coordination
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Record lead information, requirements, follow-ups and sales status in the company's CRM/lead management system.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team after successful conversion.
- Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements to the delivery team.
Reporting
- Maintain daily sales and lead activity records.
- Submit regular updates on:
- New leads
- Calls and conversations
- Follow-ups
- Qualified leads
- Conversions
- Revenue generated
- Pending opportunities
Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Any Graduate can apply.
- BBA, B.Com, BCA, BSc, BE/BTech, MBA Marketing and related backgrounds are preferred.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, EdTech, education, IT services or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome.
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication

- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable with phone calls and WhatsApp communication

Preferred

- Previous experience dealing with students or colleges.
- Marathi, Hindi and English communication skills.

The primary KPI is revenue generated and collected, not simply the number of calls made.
Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills and sales capability.
Performance Incentives
Additional incentives will be provided based on sales performance and collected revenue.
Higher performance = Higher earning potential.
Candidates with proven sales performance may be offered a higher package based on their experience and capability.
