We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to strengthen our digital presence, increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and build meaningful engagement across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and campaign optimization while staying ahead of evolving social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
Develop creative content calendars for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and corporate marketing initiatives.
Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messages tailored to different audiences.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality creatives, reels, and promotional videos.
Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
Monitor audience engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Conduct competitor research and stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with HR, Sales, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and digital communications.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platform best practices.
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
Understanding of paid social media advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Excellent content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software is an advantage.
Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other performance reporting tools.
Strong creativity, analytical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
Experience working with recruitment, HR, B2B, service-based companies, or startup environments will be an added advantage.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Meta Blueprint, or Google Digital Marketing are preferred but not mandatory.
