Job Title: Cold Calling & Data Mining Specialist
Experience: 1–4 Years
Location: Mohali (On-site)
Shift: Rotational

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Cold Calling & Data Mining Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in Cold Calling, Data Mining, Lead Generation, and IT Services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Mining & Lead Research

Conduct detailed data mining and online research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Research companies, decision-makers, industries, and relevant business contacts across international markets.
Build and maintain accurate databases of potential clients and prospects.
Identify relevant decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Directors, and other key stakeholders.
Collect and maintain prospect information, including company details, contact information, industry, and business requirements.

2. International Cold Calling

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets.
Introduce DigiMantra and its IT Services to prospective clients.
Understand the prospect's business needs and identify potential opportunities.
Effectively communicate the company's services and value proposition.
Handle initial objections and questions professionally.
Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into qualified business opportunities.

3. Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including:
LinkedIn
Cold Calling
Email Outreach
Online Research
Other relevant lead-generation platforms
Identify and qualify prospects based on their business requirements and potential need for IT services.
Schedule meetings and calls with qualified prospects for the sales/business development team.

4. IT Services Sales Support

Target international clients looking for IT Services, particularly:
Mobile App Development
Web Development
Understand the basic requirements of prospects and communicate them effectively to the sales team.
Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Support the sales team in generating new business opportunities.

5. LinkedIn & Email Outreach

Use LinkedIn to identify and connect with relevant prospects and decision-makers.
Conduct personalized outreach campaigns to generate business leads.
Send professional and targeted email campaigns to potential clients.
Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.

6. CRM & Lead Management

Maintain accurate records of leads and prospect information in the CRM.
Regularly update lead status, follow-ups, communication history, and meeting details.
Ensure that all generated leads are properly tracked and managed.
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects for future follow-ups.

7. Target Achievement

Achieve monthly lead generation and sales-support targets.
Maintain consistent calling, research, outreach, and follow-up activities.
Work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
Track daily and monthly performance against assigned targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in Cold Calling, Data Mining, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Candidates should have experience specifically in IT Services.
Experience in targeting international clients is required.
Experience working with markets such as US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
Strong knowledge of cold calling and lead generation techniques.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach.
Good understanding of data mining, online research, and prospect identification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of IT services, preferably Mobile App Development and Web Development.
Ability to identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle objections and communicate confidently with prospects.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
