JOB DESCRIPTIONHR & Administration Intern – Fresher

Position: HR & Admin Intern
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Employment Type: Internship / Full-Time Internship
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Reporting To: HR Manager / Admin Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and organized HR & Administration Intern to support our day-to-day HR and administrative activities at our Vashi, Navi Mumbai office.

This opportunity is ideal for a fresher who wants practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, onboarding, MIS, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Assist with employee joining and onboarding formalities.
Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Prepare basic HR MIS and reports using MS Excel.
Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and other documents.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
Assist with office administration and stationery/office-supply records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Support employee engagement activities and company events.
Assist in maintaining proper filing and documentation.
Handle routine HR/Admin follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Professional and disciplined approach to work.

Qualification

Preferred Education:
BBA / B.Com / MBA-HR / M.Com / Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
