Full job description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and hands-on E-commerce Operations Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and growth of our D2C business. This is a multi-functional role covering Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart and Shopify, along with digital advertising, content planning, product listings and basic content creation. The ideal candidate will be the central point of contact for our online business, ensuring that marketplaces and our website run smoothly while continuously improving sales, visibility and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Management

- Manage Amazon Seller Central on a daily basis and take ownership of marketplace operations.

- Monitor sales, pricing, inventory, account health and overall marketplace performance.

- Monitor product rankings, reviews, returns and customer issues.

- Resolve Amazon support cases and operational issues promptly.

- Track marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion.

Shopify & D2C Website Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify D2C website.

- Upload and maintain products, images, descriptions, collections, pricing and promotional content.

- Ensure the website is accurate, updated and optimized for a strong customer experience.

- Monitor website traffic, conversion, sales and other key performance metrics.

Digital Advertising & Growth

- Manage and monitor Meta and Google advertising campaigns to drive traffic, sales and customer acquisition.

- Track campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions and other key metrics.

- Identify underperforming campaigns and work with partners to improve performance.

- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches and sales initiatives across marketplaces and the D2C website.

- Use sales and advertising data to identify opportunities for growth.

Content & Digital Presence

- Own and maintain a content calendar for the brand across website and social/digital channels.

- Coordinate the creation of product, promotional and social media content.

- Create and edit basic digital content using tools such as Canva and Photoshop.

- Ensure product imagery, banners, website content and promotional material are updated and consistent.

- Work with external designers, photographers, agencies or freelancers when required.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering sales, advertising, website and marketplace performance.

- Track key metrics across Amazon, Shopify, Meta and Google.

- Analyze data to identify trends, problems and opportunities.

- Maintain dashboards and trackers and ensure important developments are communicated to management.

- Use data to recommend actions that can improve sales, conversion and marketing efficiency.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.

- Experience managing Shopify stores.

- Practical understanding of Meta and Google advertising.

- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.

- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

- Preferred Skills

- Experience managing or working closely with Amazon PPC.

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify analytics.

- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4.

- Experience in a D2C, consumer products or e-commerce brand.

- Experience creating content using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.

- Basic understanding of SEO, conversion optimization and website analytics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
