Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Fully Remote

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM window, any 9-hour shift)

Experience: 0–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the US tech hiring market, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through various US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication skills, compensation expectations, availability, and legal work status (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, EAD, etc.).
Submit qualified candidate profiles to account managers or clients and coordinate interview schedules.
Negotiate compensation rates and assist throughout the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche IT skill sets.
Maintain complete candidate databases and recruiter trackers using ATS/CRM tools.
Communicate effectively with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good understanding of US IT terminology, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types.
Strong negotiation, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and ATS platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
0–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
Freshers with exceptional English communication skills and a strong desire to learn US IT recruitment are welcome to apply.
