Job Title: US Recruiter

Location: India (Remote)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours - EST/CST/PST alignment)

Experience: 1 - 4 years in US Recruitment (Non-IT / Insurance preferred)

Job Summary

B.O.D. Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Recruitment Department. The Recruiter is a key member of the sourcing team, responsible for identifying, vetting, and placing high-quality candidates with our insurance agency clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment in candidate evaluation, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Position Overview

The Recruiter plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly across the hiring and client processes. In this role, the Recruiter will handle a variety of tasks, support day-to-day operations, and help manage both candidate and client activities. He/she will also build strong, positive relationships with everyone involved, from teammates to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Management

Receive and review new candidate requirements assigned by the Recruiting Manager.
Review the agent's account and research the agent's website to gain deeper insight into their agency and needs.
Source and share suitable candidate profiles with the agent within the required 48-hour window.

Candidate Sourcing

Identify candidates through multiple channels: the existing candidate pool, Indeed applications, LinkedIn candidate referrals, and the Salesforce database.
Vet and shortlist candidates according to role type (Sales, Service, or Hybrid) and the specific requirements of the agent.
Screen resumes for employment stability, language skills, and prior insurance experience.

Candidate Vetting & Intake

Conduct thorough candidate intakes. Ask targeted role-specific vetting questions.

Minimum Requirements

Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred; insurance industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with agents and candidates.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Salesforce CRM and related recruiting tools.
Familiarity with insurance industry is an advantage.
Sound judgment and attention to detail when screening resumes, conducting intakes, and performing reference checks.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Intern or atleast 1 year of experience.
Ability to work across several time zones including EST, CST, PST and Mountain time.
Must be able to accept position without guardian/parent.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
