About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR cum Admin Manager to manage and oversee the complete Human Resources and Administrative Operations of our Delhi office.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee management, administration, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, office management and policy implementation.
Candidates with experience in consultancy, service-based organizations, government projects or organizations working with government clients will be preferred.
This is a managerial role requiring strong ownership, coordination, discipline and the ability to work closely with senior management and multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical and managerial positions.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, documentation, transfers and exit formalities.
- Maintain and implement HR policies, processes and internal systems.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records and payroll-related inputs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, appraisals and development activities.
- Support management in manpower planning (Outsourcing) and organizational requirements.
- Ensure effective employee engagement, discipline and workplace culture.
2. Administration & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Delhi office.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Administration and other departments.
- Manage office facilities, Expenses, housekeeping, maintenance, security and general infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, consultants and external agencies.
- Manage procurement and availability of office supplies, stationery and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain records of company assets, equipment, licenses, agreements and renewals.
- Coordinate official meetings, travel arrangements and administrative activities as required.
- Ensure proper office discipline, cleanliness, safety and overall workplace standards.
3. Statutory Compliance & Documentation
- Coordinate and monitor statutory HR compliances such as EPF, ESI, Gratuity and other applicable labour compliances.
- Ensure employee documentation and statutory records are properly maintained and updated.
- Coordinate with consultants and relevant agencies for HR, payroll and compliance matters.
- Support statutory/internal audits and provide required HR and administrative documentation.
- Track compliance deadlines, renewals and related documentation to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure company HR practices remain aligned with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
4. Management Coordination
- Act as a key coordination point between employees and management.
- Provide regular HR and administrative updates to senior management.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower, attendance, performance and administrative requirements.
- Maintain effective communication across departments.
- Handle sensitive employee and organizational matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Candidate ProfileRequired Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in HR, Administration or HR & Admin management.
- Experience in managing HR operations and administrative functions independently.
- Prior experience in service-based companies, consultancy organizations or government-related projects will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. preferred.
- Additional professional qualifications or certifications in HR/Admin will be an advantage.
