Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation and tracking.
Maintain the Director's personal financial records and documentation.
Support wealth management activities, including investment and portfolio tracking.
Coordinate monthly salary processing and payroll-related activities.
Handle client communication and follow-ups professionally on behalf of the Director.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and daily administrative tasks.
Coordinate domestic and business travel arrangements and accompany the Director when required.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and important business documents.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and business information.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 - 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a Founder's Office role.
Experience supporting senior leadership or Directors will be preferred.
Comfortable working a fixed US Night Shift.
Willing to travel as and when required.
Flexible to support business requirements on weekends when necessary.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
A proactive individual with an ownership mindset who can independently manage responsibilities.

Preferred Location

Candidates residing in or around Rohini Sector-3, Delhi will be given preference.
