We have a suitable opening in the Manufacturing Supply Chain Division for the role of Assistant Manager - New launch Co Ordinator/ Product life cycle, based in Pune Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for closely work with plant and HO team to drive agility in supply chain and coordinate launches with the international development teams and within the factory. Manage and develop the relations with the component suppliers, ensure the reliability of the procurement of components. You come with min 2 years of relevant experience. The location of the job will be at Pune Plant.

- Coordinate the actions of his/her cell during the preparation of the annual budget.
- Discuss and validate the new launches retro-planning with the international development teams.
- Communicate and coordinate the launches internally and with suppliers ensuring deadlines are respected.
- Consolidate all the necessary information for the calculation of provisional and final PRI’s.
- Communicate MAD’s for launches to logistics.
- Provide to the sourcing center with logistic pre-specifications for new references.
- Manage the relationships with the suppliers of components.
- Define together with team the suppliers’ procurement parameters.
- Guarantee the availability of components for production; act in situations of crisis.
- Develop new suppliers in coordination with sourcing center.
- Participate in the elaboration of the monthly plan together with the master scheduler (integration of launches, confirmation of availability of components).
- Manage the component stock levels and follow up supplier’s evaluation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Superior.

- Ensure respect all EHS rules.
- Manage the risk assessment program for launches and reno.
- Ensure the success of the EHS program to communicate about incidents and improvement opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate & control health and safety risk in their unit.

- Comply with the personnel hygiene rule including wearing the PPE based on the room classification within factory.

- Working Relation
A. Internal
- With development team to follow-up launch and DF
- With sourcing center to issue pre-spec, follow-up prices issue, to coordinate PO (purchase order), and to follow supply parameters (MOQ, …)
- With MSL / Supply chain to integrate launch quantities, and to follow costumers forecast for existing item
- With all factory to coordinate the launches
- With packaging team to follow-up packaging development and issue of packaging spec
- With UP to send data for availability PM or arrival PM
- With warehouse to ensure incoming material are entered in system and are identified
- With countries to inform and have agreement on obsolete costs for PM and RM
B. External
- With supplier to order PM, and improve suppliers’ performance.
- With forwarder to coordinate import shipment
- Problem & working challenge
- The difficulty to coordinate the launch with different actors (DMI, development, sourcing center, packaging, supplier, UP) and different constraints.
- The difficulty to anticipate any issue concerning launch, and lead action plan in case of delay of the retro planning.
- Authority
- Validate retro planning and OTBS on industrial point of view.
- Order required PM to ensure production.
- Report unsafe acts and conditions to related parties.
- Act as Logistic Manager in the area of New Launch during in the absence of Logistic Manager.
- Key Competencies:
- Good Knowledge MS Office, Excel & PPTs, ERP basics

- Education: B.Tech with more than 2-3 years of Experience.
