Generative AI Developer Intern

Work Mode: Remote
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Opportunity: Performance-based PPO for a full-time position

About the Role

We are looking for a Generative AI Developer Intern who is passionate about building practical AI applications and experimenting with Generative AI.

As an intern, you will work on real-world AI projects involving LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI-powered workflows. You will get hands-on experience in building and prototyping AI applications and MVPs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and prototype Generative AI-powered applications and MVPs.
Work with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI workflows.
Develop practical AI solutions using Agentic and Multi-Agent Systems.
Rapidly prototype user interfaces using modern AI-powered development tools.
Work on AI-powered knowledge management and knowledge retrieval systems.
Participate in practical build sprints and real-world AI projects.
Document workflows, architecture, and project learnings.

Required / Preferred Skills

Foundational understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Interest or familiarity with AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and autonomous workflows.
Familiarity with tools such as Lovable and Claude is beneficial.
Familiarity with Obsidian for structured documentation and knowledge organization is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving and learning ability.
Ability to independently build and ship an MVP.

Eligibility

Students or recent graduates with an interest in Generative AI and AI development.
Candidates comfortable working in a remote environment.
Familiarity with the preferred technology stack is beneficial but not mandatory.

Selection Process — 1-Week Build Sprint

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical 1-week Build Sprint and create an MVP based on one of the following assignments:

Interactive LMS & Personal Learning Path Generator
Obsidian Vault RAG Knowledge Assistant
AI Code Reviewer & Bug Fixing Agent
Automated Research Synthesizer & Obsidian Exporter
Obsidian Vault Knowledge Base + RAG Email Sender

Compensation & Opportunity

Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Work Mode: Remote
PPO: Performance-based opportunity for a full-time position
