Full job description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent video editing skills, and the ability to create engaging content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
Design creative posters, banners, and social media creatives.
Create, edit, and publish high-quality videos, reels, and promotional content.
Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
Monitor social media performance and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign-specific content.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly social media reports.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills.
Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience in running paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
