Provide L1/L2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
Support trading floor users with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 issues.
Configure and maintain user accounts, email, and access permissions.
Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors for hardware or software issues.
Maintain IT assets, documentation, and incident records.
Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure during market trading hours.

Required Skills:

2–5 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting financial or trading environments will be an added advantage.
