Position Summary
The Marketing Head – Growth & Lead Generation will be responsible for creating a predictable, scalable, and high-quality client acquisition engine for AwealthZ Finserve.
The role extends beyond conventional marketing. The incumbent will build the firm's brand, drive digital and offline lead generation, develop strategic alliances, optimize marketing ROI, and ensure a continuous flow of qualified prospects for the advisory team.
The ideal candidate should think like a growth strategist, execute like a performance marketer, and measure every initiative through business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth Strategy
Develop and execute the annual marketing and lead generation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Build a scalable acquisition model capable of generating qualified investors across all business verticals.
Create quarterly growth plans with measurable revenue impact.
2. Premium Lead Generation
Generate high-quality prospects for:
- High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs)
- Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs)
- Doctors & Medical Professionals
- Business Owners
- Entrepreneurs
- Corporate Executives
- Women Investors
- Senior Citizens

Develop separate acquisition strategies for each customer segment.
3. Brand Positioning

Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in marketing and growth leadership
- At least 5 years in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, FinTech or Asset Management
- Demonstrated success in building lead generation systems and scaling business growth
