Digital Marketing Team Leader (Client & Project Management) Company: Esight Business Solutions Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Bonus Probation: 3 months Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage clients, lead the digital marketing team, and ensure projects are delivered on time with measurable results. This is not just an execution role. We are looking for someone who takes complete ownership of assigned projects, communicates effectively with clients, mentors interns, and ensures every campaign is executed with accountability. If you are someone who waits to be told what to do, this role is not for you. We need a problem solver who can lead from the front.Key Responsibilities Client Management ● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. ● Conduct regular client meetings and provide campaign updates. ● Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies. ● Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication. ● Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution. Project Management ● Take complete ownership of digital marketing projects from planning to execution. ● Ensure every project is delivered on time without compromising quality. ● Coordinate with content writers, designers, developeers, and SEO executives. ● Track project timelines and follow up with team members. ● Maintain proper documentation and project reports. Team Leadership ● Guide and monitor the daily activities of digital marketing executives and interns. ● Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed within deadlines. ● Train interns and help improve their practical skills. ● Review team performance and maintain quality standards. ● Create a collaborative and performance-driven work environment. Digital Marketing Execution ● Plan and execute SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies. ● Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. ● Generate monthly reports with actionable insights. ● Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes. Required Skills ● Minimum 2 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience ● Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics ● Excellent client communication skills ● Strong project management abilities ● Team handling and leadership experience ● Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously ● Problem-solving mindset ● Strong presentation and reporting skills ● Good written and spoken English ● Experience with project management tools is an added advantage What We Expect We value ownership over excuses.
