Full job description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about inventory management? We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper/ Inventory Controller to join our team at Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient material handling, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations while adhering to company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Accurately record and update inventory levels using company systems and software.
Organize and store materials in designated locations to maximize space utilization and ensure easy accessibility.
Issue and distribute materials to various departments based on approved requisitions while maintaining accurate documentation.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
Monitor inventory levels and identify items that require replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store and warehouse areas.
Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (where certified and authorized).
Assist with loading and unloading goods as required.
Report damaged, defective, or expired goods and assist in their return, replacement, or disposal.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Forklift operator certification is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
