Job Summary

Scheduling: coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives. Including submissions of t&e for the senior staff and ensuring its within t&e prescribed limits

Eproc: raise eproc in line with approved bank and India policies and validate the submissions along with new (non-employee workers) support

Meeting support: set up meeting spaces, prepare agendas etc

Office maintenance: monitor and reorder office supplies, ensuring the workplace is fully stocked and equipment is in working order.

Visitor relations & events support: greet clients, partners, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the company. Including support during client events etc in sending invites maintaining logs etc and helping in overall management

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association
