Project Co-ordinator :
Role Purpose: To provide project coordination and cost control support to the Small Projects team, ensuring global cost compliance, best value procurement, and robust project tracking. The role will maintain and support the PlanView (client and IPMO) project tracking system, as well as JLL’s Small Projects Tracker, ensuring data integrity and supporting the project management team with accurate project information and cost control. The role will also support Regional and Global leads in addressing project and data integrity issues, and may expand to support annual Capital Investment Planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain the PlanView project tracking system (client and IPMO), including:
Maintaining project data and rectifying data integrity issues.
Ensuring timely and accurate updates of project status, costs, and programme dates.
Support the JLL small project management team with project information, cost control, and data integrity within JLL’s Small Projects Tracker system.
Work with Project Managers on Programmes of Work and individual higher value projects to:
Provide project coordination support.
Provide cost control support and ensure integrity of data and programme dates.
Demonstrate Best Value procurement and supply chain alignment to agreed contract and framework rates.
Support Regional and Global leads in addressing project and data integrity issues.
Provide support for ad hoc JLL and Client requests related to project data, cost, and compliance.
Potentially support the consolidation of data streams for annual Capital Investment Planning, including:
Validation of data.
Cost estimating.
Consolidation into strategic plans to address client needs.
Ensure compliance with global cost management and procurement standards.
Support the demonstration of Best Value and compliance with contract and framework rates.
Liaise with Project Managers, Regional and Global leads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in project coordination and cost control, preferably in a low value, high volume Small Projects environment.
Background in cost management / quantity surveying, with knowledge of construction works in retail banking and commercial office environments.
Strong data management and analytical skills, with experience in maintaining project tracking systems (e.g., PlanView, Small Projects Tracker).
Ability to identify and rectify data integrity issues.
Experience in supporting project management teams with project information, cost control, and compliance.
Knowledge of procurement processes and best value demonstration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions.
Experience in supporting annual capital investment planning processes is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
Experience supporting projects in the ASP and MENAT.
Familiarity with JLL systems and processes.
Experience in data consolidation and strategic capital planning.
