Designation: ECommerce Executive

Reporting To: ECommerce Manager / Sales Head

Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preference Given to Exp. in Garment Manufacturing Unit)

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
Certification or hands-on experience in E-Commerce platforms will be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations for our garment manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory synchronization, and sales reporting across multiple e-commerce platforms while ensuring smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Create, update, and maintain product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, and other online sales channels.
Upload high-quality product images, specifications, pricing, size charts, and product descriptions.
Ensure listing accuracy and optimize content to improve product visibility and conversions.
Coordinate with design and merchandising teams for new product launches.

Order Management

Process daily online orders efficiently across all marketplaces.
Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.
Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely order dispatch.
Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment-related issues.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory levels across all online channels.
Synchronize stock availability to prevent overselling or stock shortages.
Reconcile physical inventory with marketplace inventory records.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales trends, product performance, and inventory movement using Advanced Excel.
Generate reports for management to support business decisions.
Track order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and stock ageing.

Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Warehouse, Accounts, and Dispatch.
Ensure marketplace compliance regarding pricing, catalog standards, and operational guidelines.
Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal product launches.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF functions, Data Validation, etc.).
Good understanding of inventory management and order processing.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.

Preferred Industry

Garment Manufacturing, Textile, Fashion, Apparel, Retail, or E-Commerce.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Product listing accuracy and completeness.
Timely order processing and dispatch.
Inventory accuracy across all platforms.
Sales report accuracy and timely submission.
Reduction in order cancellations due to stock mismatch.
Marketplace performance and customer satisfaction.
