Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, maintain statutory compliance, and support management with timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, taxation expertise, and experience in handling end-to-end finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Manage payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost controls.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Handle vendor payments and customer invoicing.
Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Support management in strategic financial decision-making.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Excellent understanding of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or other ERP software.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
Experience in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory.
CA Inter / CMA / M.Com will be an added advantage.
4–7 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
Experience in the Fintech, Financial Services, NBFC, Broking, or Investment industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
