Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter who can identify, attract, and hire top technology talent for our Gurgaon office. You'll play a key role in building high-performing technology teams by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing quality candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of technical hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment coordination â€” and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

âœ” Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding
âœ” Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
âœ” Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
âœ” Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit

Stakeholder Management

âœ” Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities
âœ” Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels
âœ” Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to stakeholders
âœ” Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Candidate Assessment & Offer Management

âœ” Evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and organizational fit
âœ” Conduct salary negotiations and manage the offer rollout process
âœ” Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure smooth onboarding
âœ” Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Recruitment Operations

âœ” Prepare and publish job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
âœ” Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio
âœ” Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices
âœ” Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities, where applicable

Industry Awareness

âœ” Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks
âœ” Continuously explore innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency

Skills & Competencies

Required Skills

Â· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Â· Strong knowledge of payroll & labor laws

Â· Hands-on experience with HRMS tools

Â· High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Â· Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously

Â· Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Â· Strong understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

Â· Proficiency in HR reporting, dashboards, and data analytics

Â· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

Â· Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset

Â· Ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications & Experience

Â· Bachelorâ€™s/Masterâ€™s degree in HR or related field

Â· 2â€“4 years of experience in HR Operations and/or Recruitment

Â· Strong knowledge of payroll & labor laws

Â· Hands-on experience with HRMS tools

Â· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Â· High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
