As a web author, digital product, you will focus on providing content management system (CMS) authoring, design, and capabilities support for enterprise digital marketing projects across multiple business units. To be successful, you must have experience with CMS platforms, strong design skills, and the ability to manage digital content to support marketing initiatives. This is an individual contributor role. You will collaborate with other web authors, product managers, product owners, content developers and colleagues on cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design Support: Collaborate with designers to produce and maintain web page designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Ensure that web pages are visually appealing, user-friendly and designed with a mobile-first approach. Learn and support enterprise web standards, particularly user experience and accessibility
CMS Authoring and Management: Create, edit, and manage website content using the company's CMS platform. This includes selecting and placing visual assets in alignment with brand standards, digital asset management (DAM) best practices and user guides. Notify teammates and manager of work progress and assist with troubleshooting
Search Engine Optimization: collaborate with SEO colleagues to ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and adheres to best practices for web design and usability.
Project Support: Assist in the execution of enterprise digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements. Complete work related to daily ad-hoc tasks and ongoing team projects, making sure all assignments are delivered on time
Quality Assurance: Serve as quality assurance for final publishing. Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any content-related issues on the website
Content Strategy: Support the development and implementation of content strategies that enhance user engagement and drive conversions. Create and share documentation related to project work
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product owners, development, marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content and design. Contribute to multiple projects across a range of business and web properties
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience as an individual contributor in digital marketing, web content management or a related role and 3+ years of experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and experience with digital marketing tools
Solid understanding of web design principles, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to create web pages with stakeholder requirements and within technical limitations
Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Proven to be organized, detail-oriented and highly resourceful in your approach to work with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Proven to be self-motivated and ready to jump in when opportunities arise with the ability to quickly learn and use new concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies such as scrum and kanban
Experience working with complex design systems or design pattern libraries
Some knowledge of coding languages, like HTML
