AutismCOE is a fast-growing multi-state Autism Therapy clinic business with locations across North Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia. We help families access life-changing autism therapy while building a scalable healthcare services business.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business growth across the US market. You'll own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to client acquisition and long-term account growth.

This is a hands-on business development role. You'll actively generate opportunities, engage decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and work closely with leadership to achieve revenue targets. If you've moved away from sales execution and prefer only managing teams, this isn't the right role.

What You'll OwnBusiness Development & Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other outbound channels.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Identify new business opportunities across Healthcare, SaaS, and IT service industries in the US market.
Develop strategic outbound campaigns to increase qualified meetings.

Client Acquisition & Sales

Conduct discovery calls, demos, and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend customized business solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.

CRM & Sales Operations

Manage leads, follow-ups, and opportunities using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Apollo.io.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline forecasting.
Deliver weekly sales reports covering pipeline, conversions, and revenue.

Market Research & Strategy

Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Identify target accounts and create outreach strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Performance Reporting

Deliver a weekly sales scorecard to leadership covering:
Qualified leads generated
Meetings booked
Pipeline value
Conversion rates
Closed revenue
Win/Loss analysis

What We're Looking ForRequired

5+ years of Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition experience.
Proven experience selling to the US or international market.
Strong experience in Healthcare, SaaS, IT Services, or other service-based businesses.
Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Apollo.io.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Direct, confident communication style with strong ownership and accountability.

Strongly Preferred

Experience selling Healthcare or Healthcare Technology services.
Experience working with US clients and decision-makers.
Enterprise or Mid-Market B2B sales experience.
Experience selling digital services, SaaS, or consulting solutions.
Familiarity with consultative selling and value-based sales methodologies.

Nice to Have

Experience selling to multi-location businesses.
Experience with proposal creation and contract negotiations.
Knowledge of sales automation tools.
Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.

How Success Is Measured (First 12 Months)

Sales pipeline fully operational within the first 30 days.
Qualified meeting targets consistently achieved within 60 days.
Monthly revenue targets achieved or exceeded.
Improved lead-to-client conversion rate by Month 6.
Successfully onboard multiple new US clients within the first year.
Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate weekly reporting.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + attractive performance incentives tied to revenue and business development targets. Compensation depends on experience and performance.

Work Details

Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Mode: In-office (Mohali – Sector 74, Punjab)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
