About the Role

We are looking for experienced, self-driven Sales Professionals / Business Development Executives who have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for generating business.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals, independent sales consultants, business development professionals, freelancers, consultants, and individuals looking for a high-income, performance-based opportunity without a fixed working schedule.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, developing relationships with decision-makers, presenting our solutions, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
Connect with Founders, CEOs, MDs, Directors, HR Heads, Business Owners and Senior Management.
Conduct prospecting through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, networking and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
Schedule and conduct sales meetings/presentations.
Follow up consistently with prospects.
Prepare and share proposals/quotations with prospects.
Negotiate and close business deals.
Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records.
Achieve mutually agreed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop long-term relationships with customers.
Generate business through personal networks, references and industry contacts.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should:

Have minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience.
Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Be comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
Have the ability to generate leads independently.
Have an existing business network or client database — an added advantage.
Be highly target-oriented and result-driven.
Have strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Be comfortable working independently.
Be proactive and entrepreneurial in approach.
Have a strong desire to earn based on performance.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with attractive earning potential.

There is no fixed salary. Your earning will be directly linked to the business you generate and successfully close.

Higher sales = Higher earnings.

Commission structure will be discussed during the selection process and may vary based on the product/service, deal value and volume of business generated.
