Our product ecosystem includes state-of-the-art compliance, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Compliance and Carbon Tech tools like isoapplication.com, fusionehs.com, and dmrv.foresttwin.in.

We don't do boring, generic B2C sales. We target and close high-ticket enterprise accounts, selling directly to corporate Directors, VPs, and C-level Executives. Our engineering team builds at the speed of thought using advanced AI tools like Claude, and we need a high-caliber sales team that can match that velocity.

Compensation & The Career Runway: Pure Performance, Massive Rewards

This is a 100% incentive-only role for the 6-month internship period. We do not offer a fixed base salary to start. Instead, we offer an elite, high-stakes ecosystem built for true sales rockstars who want their payout to reflect their hustle directly.

The Milestone Hook: For every single closure of a 100 K USD / ₹100 Lakh enterprise deal, you instantly win a 1000 USD / ₹1 Lakh INR cash bonus
The Ultimate Prize (Guaranteed PPO): At the end of the 6-month period, the best performers—specifically those who successfully close deals—will instantly secure a permanent Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a lucrative fixed salary package and uncapped corporate commissions.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Navigate the C-Suite: Identify, map, and run outbound outreach to Head of Sustainability, Quality Assurance Directors, and VPs at large enterprises.
Master the Product Portfolio: Learn to confidently pitch our niche software development services and specialized SaaS products (isoapplication.com, fusionehs.com, dmrv.foresttwin.in).
Leverage AI for Sales: Partner closely with our backend engineering team and use LLMs (like Claude) to rapidly build hyper-tailored pitch decks, discovery call scripts, and technical proposals.
Own the Funnel: Run discovery calls, handle complex enterprise objections, navigate corporate budget gatekeepers, and push deals toward closure.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Education: MBA/PGDM (Marketing/International Business/IT) or B.Tech / BCA / Corporate Communications background.
The Commission Mindset: You are comfortable betting on yourself. You prefer an incentive-only model because you know your skills will yield a much higher payout than a standard flat stipend.
The Sales Grit: A relentless attitude. You don't get discouraged by rejection; you treat a "No" as an invitation to find a creative way to get a "Yes".
Executive Presence: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be able to hold a commanding, peer-to-peer business conversation with an industry veteran twice your age.
Tech-Fluency: You aren’t afraid of software jargon. You don't need to write code, but you must be able to understand technical features and translate them into business value for a client.
Availability: Ready to join immediately for an intensive, on-site role at our Noida office.
