Job Description – Sr. Data Analyst

Position: Sr. Data Analyst
Experience: 4–7 Years
Location: Pitampura
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and organized Sr. Data Analyst who can manage business data, prepare MIS and analytical reports, and provide executive-level support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and business coordination, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & MIS

Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
Track KPIs, business performance, sales, operational metrics, and key trends.
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Develop automated reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI, etc.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

Executive Assistance

Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to the MD/CEO/Senior Management.
Prepare presentations, reports, business summaries, and management decks.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, reviews, and follow-ups.
Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, action trackers, and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with various departments to collect information and monitor assigned tasks.
Maintain confidential documents, business information, and management records.
Support management in strategic planning, business reviews, and decision-making.

Coordination & Business Support

Act as a coordination point between senior management and internal departments.
Follow up with teams on targets, deadlines, reports, and pending activities.
Monitor important business activities and highlight critical issues to management.
Assist in preparing business presentations, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards, and basic automation.
Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Commerce, Economics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM or relevant certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

4–7 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Business Analytics, Executive Assistance, or Management Reporting.
Experience working directly with senior management/MD/CEO will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a business-oriented approach.
Should be proactive, reliable, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and timeliness of MIS and analytical reports.
Quality of dashboards and business insights.
Timely completion of management assignments.
Effective coordination and follow-up.
Data accuracy and confidentiality.
Contribution toward process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
