Senior Sales Coordinator- Account Management

Key responsibilities

Supports BD Manager and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing.
Responsibilities are within the Sales Support and Administration Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines
Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
Performs a range of straightforward assignments,
Drive customer support programs to increase volume, SIG sleeve share, margin, and satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales plans with cross‑functional teams.
Regularly visit customers to identify needs, resolve issues, and build loyalty.
Maintain accurately 4‑month rolling sleeve forecasts and optimize stock.
Own and resolve customer claims with quality/technical support.
Safeguard financials by ensuring timely payments and managing credit risks.
Prepare reports, update, and maintain customer profiles.
Handle special projects as assigned.

You bring these skills, experience & education

10+ years in F&B packaging industry.
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Strong local market knowledge and information sources.
Key account management skills
Must have good communication Skills
Data analysis & reporting for the accounts
ERP -SAP and Salesforce
Cross Functional coordination
