Job Description — Telesales Executive / Loan DSA Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to generate and convert leads for loan products.

The role involves contacting prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan options, collecting basic eligibility information, following up with interested customers, and coordinating the application process with the internal team and lending partners.

Candidates with good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective customers from leads provided by the company.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, indicative interest rates, tenure, and application process clearly.
Generate qualified leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property and other available financial products.
Follow up consistently with interested customers until application submission or closure.
Collect basic customer information required for eligibility assessment.
Coordinate with sales managers, relationship managers and lender representatives for application processing.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer status and outcomes in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation and disbursement targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Avoid misleading promises regarding loan approval, interest rates, processing time or sanctioned amount.
Protect customer information and follow company privacy and compliance procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Hindi or additional language skills will be an advantage.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Ability to use CRM systems, WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn about banking and loan products.
Previous experience in telesales, banking, insurance, fintech, DSA, credit cards or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
