Role Overview:

The Key Account Manager for the M1 Packaging Sector will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, focusing on delivering tailored packaging solutions to meet customer needs. This role emphasizes achieving sales targets, driving client satisfaction, and maintaining strong partnerships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the M1 packaging industry.

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication and support.

· Understand client requirements and align the company’s packaging solutions to address their needs.

· Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives for assigned accounts.

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

· Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with clients.

· Conduct regular client meetings to understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.

· Maintain open communication channels to anticipate and resolve potential issues proactively.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

· Develop strategic account plans to achieve long-term client objectives.

· Collaborate with internal teams to create customized packaging solutions and stay ahead of market trends.

· Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of packaging solutions.

· Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to client specifications and deadlines.

· Coordinate with R&D and marketing teams to introduce new packaging solutions to key accounts.

· Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account strategies using CRM tools.

· Provide regular updates on account performance, sales forecasts, and opportunities for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Skills:

· In-depth knowledge of the packaging industry, especially M1-grade packaging solutions.

· Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.

· Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Packaging Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the packaging industry.

· Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
