Position Overview:

Are you passionate about client success and digital innovation? At Tru, we are looking for an Account Manager who will be the client's champion within our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing client projects successfully and maintaining trusting client relationships.

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, working closely with the VP of client services as well as Tru internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our client’s objectives.

This person has experience in managing accounts with various program types and deliverables, such as enterprise CMS website design, development, ecommerce, SEO, PPC, UX, analytics, content at scale and digital experience platforms.

In terms of your experience level, you are already a client service professional (preferably in a technology, consulting or marketing agency) who is eager to expand your skills in growing and managing client relationships. While you appreciate senior client service guidance, you are ready to be an integral part of a growing practice. With the support of a Client Partner providing strategic insights, you will have the opportunity to lead projects within your client portfolio.

You excel at ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining excellent daily communication. You possess a collaborative mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, and the ability to identify growth opportunities. Most importantly, clients at the mid-to-senior level, see and regard you as a trusted advisor dedicated to delivering excellence within Tru's digital products and experiences.

Job Location and Address:

This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location.

Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary (and sometimes secondary) point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their project objectives and needs.
Provide guidance and collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Manage day-to-day communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues head-on.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to our existing clients, and bringing them to the Tru leadership team.
Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and maintaining a positive client-agency relationship.
Foster relationships with mid-level managers in client organizations and offer ongoing leadership to Tru project team members and project leads.
Share insights on clients' strategic business initiatives with internal teams.
Demonstrate industry knowledge regarding structure, trends, initiatives, and best practices.
Contribute towards the development of detailed proposals and statements of work.
Drive growth in client relationships by focusing on new project opportunities and stakeholders
Participate in new business initiatives, led by the Chief Revenue Officer and the VP Client Services.

Requirements:

3+ years of Technology/Digital Account Management experience, preferably in the Consumer packaged goods, retail, finance and loyalty industry segment.
In-person and virtual experience leading presentations to internal teams and various client stakeholders.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in a technology, consulting or marketing agency.
Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building with strong problem-solving skills related to program and account management.
A high-level understanding of project management lifecycle, methodology, and processes.
Demonstrable understanding of managing enterprise technology.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.

Additional Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, e-business engineering, or computer sciences
Experience working with teams across North America, India and APAC regions, as well as cross functional teams.
Experience managing site and app development, including large-scale design, build-out, and maintenance, collaborating with data analysts, and media partners and platforms
Proven creative and technical problem-solving skills, with a knack for negotiation and leadership in consensus-building situations.
Consumer packaged goods, retail, finance and loyalty industry experience.
