Digital Marketing Project Manager

Company: PPC Studio
Location: Remote (India)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: Up to ₹5,00,000 LPA

About the Role

PPC Studio is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital marketing projects across SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and web initiatives. This role requires a combination of project management expertise and digital marketing knowledge to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Create and maintain project plans using project management tools.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Campaign Coordination

Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Coordinate activities between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and address bottlenecks proactively.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with SEO specialists, PPC managers, designers, content writers, developers, and account managers.
Assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Conduct client meetings and gather project requirements.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track campaign and project performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, HubSpot, and Looker Studio.
Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management.

Budget & Resource Management

Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
Ensure efficient utilization of team capacity and campaign spend.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges early.
Develop mitigation plans and drive issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Project Management, Marketing Operations, Account Management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and digital marketing workflows.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Worklenz, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications such as PMP, Google Ads, HubSpot, Scrum, or Agile certifications.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
