Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator

Location: India (Remote)
Company: Canada-based business
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Work Schedule: Night shift aligned with Canadian business hours

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team and manage our digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, advertising, and creative content activities across multiple businesses and brands.

This is a multi-functional role for someone who enjoys both marketing strategy and creative execution. We are looking for someone who can plan a campaign, create the poster/video/ad, launch it, monitor the results, and improve it.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Advertising

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns
Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Develop promotional campaigns for different businesses and brands
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for better ROI
Explore new advertising and marketing opportunities
Coordinate marketing activities and promotional campaigns from planning to execution

Social Media Management

Manage and grow social media platforms
Create social media calendars and content plans
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, promotional content, and campaigns
Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content
Track engagement, reach, leads, and other performance metrics

Creative Design & Content Creation

Design posters, flyers, banners, promotional materials, advertisements, and social media creatives
Create creative content for promotions, offers, product launches, and events
Edit and produce short-form videos, Reels, promotional videos, and advertisements
Add captions, transitions, music, effects, and other elements to videos
Create creative advertising content specifically for Meta Ads and e-commerce promotions
Develop visually attractive product and brand content
Maintain consistency in branding across different businesses and platforms

Creative ability is very important for this role. We want someone who can take a marketing idea and turn it into an attractive poster, flyer, video, Reel, or advertisement.

E-Commerce Management

Manage our Amazon and Walmart e-commerce stores
Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, and content
Run and monitor e-commerce advertising campaigns
Track sales, traffic, conversions, and marketplace performance
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms

Website & E-Commerce Development — Advantage

Candidates with knowledge of:

Shopify
WooCommerce
WordPress
E-commerce website development
Payment gateway integration
Product setup and online store configuration

will have an additional advantage.

Customer Communication & Coordination

Respond to customer emails and online inquiries
Handle day-to-day customer communication professionally
Coordinate with the Canadian team regarding marketing, sales, customer issues, and campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, content creation, and production requirements

Skills We Are Looking For

Creative thinking and strong visual sense
Good understanding of digital marketing
Knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads
Social media management
Graphic design and creative content creation
Video editing
Ability to create posters, flyers, Reels, advertisements, and promotional videos
E-commerce knowledge
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Willingness to learn and take ownership

Experience with some of the following is an advantage:

You don't need to know every tool. Strong creativity, willingness to learn, and the ability to execute are more important.

If you have a background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field, or if you have built your own projects/pages and can demonstrate your skills, we would love to hear from you.

A portfolio, sample designs, social media pages, videos, advertisements, or previous projects will be an advantage.

⚠ Important Working Requirement

Our company is based in Canada, and the candidate will be working remotely from India.

You must be comfortable working night shift hours in India to communicate and coordinate with our Canadian team during Canadian business hours.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
