Full job description

Your role

Mission: To Achieve 10% business for OEM Channel and 10% business for Focus Segment for Industrial Air Division India by becoming Total Solutions Partner and adapt Customer First Approach. Ambition of AIRCUBE Solutions selling.

1). Analyze market/customer needs, formulate business plan and ensure the assigned product line/sales channel is established in the market in line with the business strategy with an objective of ensuring proﬁtable (> 35%CGP), market share (>30%) growth in next two-Three years.

2) Competence development (Focus Segment): Ensure the team is completely trained on the products, competition, usage of relevant sales tools and most importantly value selling. Develop tools and methodology to measure value selling through all sales channels and coach the teams on continual improvement on value selling.

3) Sales channel business: Ensure optimum contribution from all the sales channels in terms of orders received, revenues and proﬁtability.

4) Price management: This is the most important part of the mission and needs daily focus and actions to improve CGP>35% and ensuring that all products and all the sales channels are making positive contribution towards proﬁtability.

Compile and analyze market pricing trends.
Formulate optimum pricing structure for the product.
Ensure optimum price realization and market share by developing necessary tools.
To initiate cost optimization programs as applicable.

6). Product Development

Compile and analyse market trends and present / future customer needs
Focused market segments.
Support the master speciﬁcations process by interacting with various functions
Plan and execute new product launch
Preparation of marketing tools like presentations, handbooks, sales arguments etc. and training of Sales team and dealers.

In order to ensure product development as per customer needs.

7) Business Development and implementation of plan

Formulate and execute the marketing plan based on the customer need.
Consolidate quarterly market share information for the divisional report.
Identify potential market segments for the assigned product line.
Drive and support the sales team to achieve the goals.

8) Zonal Business support

Guide / support assigned Zone(s) on overall business front.
Point of contact for business support.
Participate in Zonal review and be instrumental in implementing the planned zonal actions. In order to achieve Zonal goals.

9) Product Company & logistics– Coordination

Collect and analyse regional forecast
Timely communicate all relevant data to product company
Attend PC-CC coordination meetings.
Attend regular meeting with logistics and ensure that smart stock is maintained to drive the business.

Co ordinate and regularly communicate with division to draw support , seek guidance , learn and share best practices for the assigned portfolio.
Ensure timely delivery and improved NPS.

10) Working Capital

Ensure optimum ﬁnished goods inventory in order to optimize the working capital.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements
7 to 10 years’ experience in relevant ﬁeld. Experience in handling Channels, Sales, project business/engineered solution business.

Knowledge/Educational requirements

1. Good understanding of the market and competition with latest global trends in the ﬁeld of related products. Diverse applications and segment knowledge will be an advantage.
2. Bachelor of Engineering, & MBA have added benefit
3. Business Ownership, Technical Product Expertise, Eﬀective Communication Skills, IT Skills.
