Branch Manager – Unsecured Loans

F2 Fintech is a financial services and loan distribution company working with banks, NBFCs, and fintech institutions to provide customers with access to suitable financial products. We focus on transparent, customer-centric solutions across personal loans, business loans, professional loans, and other unsecured credit products.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our unsecured lending branch in Noida. The role involves managing branch-level business growth, sales teams, customer relationships, and channel partnerships while ensuring smooth loan processing and achievement of business targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and business development skills, along with experience in unsecured lending or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Drive branch-level business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and disbursement targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, Sales Executives, and other branch sales staff.
Develop business through Personal Loans, Business Loans, Professional Loans, and other unsecured credit products.
Set individual and team targets, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement plans.
Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through digital leads, tele-calling, referrals, self-sourcing, walk-ins, and other acquisition channels.
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, brokers, connectors, financial consultants, banks, NBFCs, and fintech partners.
Monitor lead generation, applications, login volumes, approvals, conversions, disbursements, and overall branch performance.
Guide the team in customer profiling and recommending suitable loan products based on customer eligibility and requirements.
Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing, including documentation, eligibility assessment, application submission, and follow-up.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, Banking, and other internal teams to resolve process-related issues.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, application, and disbursement records in the CRM.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, operational guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Handle customer and partner escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

Graduate / MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
Prior experience managing sales teams or a branch-level business function.
Experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Professional Loans, or other unsecured lending products will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
Experience in channel partner / DSA management will be an advantage.
