About Solstar Realty

Solstar Realty is a growing real estate company focused on delivering professional and reliable real estate solutions with a strong emphasis on transparency, operational efficiency, and financial discipline.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounts Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, billing, financial transactions, and statutory compliance.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with strong practical knowledge of invoice making, billing, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial record management.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, preparing and managing invoices, monitoring payments and expenses, coordinating with clients and vendors, and supporting the management in maintaining smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
Prepare and issue sales invoices, purchase invoices, bills, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes as required.
Handle invoice making and billing accurately and ensure timely submission to clients.
Maintain proper records of invoices issued, invoices received, payments, and outstanding amounts.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for payment collection.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Record and verify daily financial transactions, receipts, payments, expenses, and purchase bills.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Handle GST calculations, GST entries, and related documentation.
Manage TDS entries, deductions, and applicable statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Verify vendor bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents before payment processing.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, payment schedules, and outstanding receivables.
Assist management with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in invoice making, billing, and invoice management.
Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a responsible and experienced accounting professional who can independently manage daily accounting activities and has practical knowledge of billing and invoice preparation, Tally and ERP9.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing accounting operations with minimal supervision. Candidates with experience in Real Estate Accounting, Property Accounting, Construction Accounting, Billing, GST, TDS, Tally, ERP9 and Financial Operations are encouraged to apply.
