Sales Executive – Healthcare Partnerships (Field Sales)

About Heallyn

Heallyn is a digital healthcare platform connecting patients with doctors, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, pharmacies, nurses, physiotherapists, dieticians and other healthcare service providers.

We are expanding our healthcare partner network in Kolkata and are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives – Healthcare Partnerships to join our field team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive – Healthcare Partnerships, you will be responsible for building Heallyn's healthcare partner network.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Visit clinics, doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic laboratories and other healthcare service providers.
Introduce and demonstrate the Heallyn platform to potential partners.
Generate new leads through field visits, references, local networking and other methods.
Approach clinic owners, doctors and healthcare professionals and explain the benefits of joining Heallyn.
Onboard new healthcare partners onto the Heallyn platform.
Assist partners with registration and initial platform setup.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active partners.
Maintain good relationships with existing Heallyn partners.
Encourage onboarded partners to actively use the platform.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and successful onboardings.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales/onboarding targets.
Report daily field activities to the reporting manager.
Identify new healthcare business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with the Heallyn operations/customer support team whenever partner assistance is required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are:

Confident and comfortable speaking with doctors, clinic owners and business owners.
Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel within the assigned area.
Good at communication, persuasion and negotiation.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable using smartphones and basic applications such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and email.
Able to independently plan and manage daily field visits.
Willing to learn about digital healthcare and technology.
Good at maintaining professional relationships.

Freshers Can Apply

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to work in field sales are welcome to apply.

Candidates with previous experience in healthcare sales, hospital/clinic sales, diagnostic sales, insurance, fintech, SaaS, telecom, FMCG or B2B sales will also be considered.

Performance Expectations

This is a target-oriented field sales position.

You will be expected to:

Conduct regular field visits.
Generate qualified healthcare partner leads.
Conduct product/platform presentations.
Convert prospects into registered Heallyn partners.
Follow up consistently with potential partners.
Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.

Performance will be evaluated based on quality of leads, partner onboarding, partner activation, follow-ups and overall contribution to Heallyn's growth, rather than simply the number of visits made.

Compensation

₹12,000–₹17,000 per month + performance incentives

Additional performance-based incentives may be provided for achieving or exceeding assigned monthly targets.

The compensation structure may be revised based on experience, performance and responsibilities.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
