Social Media Manager

Location: Tilak Nagar, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence for an education and tuition business. The person will be responsible for content planning, social media management, video content, audience engagement and lead generation across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends and be comfortable using content creation, analytics, advertising and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media accounts.
Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Plan, create and publish posts, Reels, Stories and short-form videos.
Write engaging captions and promotional content.
Create content using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
Research social media trends, competitors and relevant education content.
Manage comments, messages and basic social media enquiries.
Generate leads through organic social media activities.
Set up, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement and lead generation.
Track important metrics such as enquiries, leads and cost per lead.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Use AI tools to improve content research, writing, design and workflow automation.
Coordinate with the internal team for offers, campaigns and promotional activities.
Continuously test new content formats and strategies to improve results.

Required Qualifications and Skills

1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or a related role.
Practical experience managing Instagram and Facebook.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
Working knowledge of Canva and CapCut or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Good written communication and copywriting skills.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Ability to research trends and competitors.
Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and productivity.
Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with lead generation through social media.
Experience managing social media for an education, coaching or tuition business.
Experience with Meta Ads campaigns.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
Basic video shooting and editing skills.
Experience using social media scheduling and automation tools.

What You Can Expect

Salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
