Full job description

As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering excellence, we are seeking an energetic, professional, and results-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Coordinate and manage day-to-day office administration activities.
Maintain employee records and assist to HR with documentation related and employee onboarding.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors.
Liaise with embassies, government authorities, suppliers, and service providers as required.
Coordinate office facilities, utilities, telephone, internet, and office maintenance.
Manage office supplies, stationery, PPE, and other administrative inventories.
Support the Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT departments with administrative tasks.
Coordinate courier services and maintain proper filing of company documents.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining meeting minutes.
Monitor office expenses and assist with petty cash administration when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Key Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Experience working in an engineering, construction, or multinational company will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
