Career Advisor – US IT Recruitment & Staffing

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Job Responsibilities

Connect with IT professionals and understand their career aspirations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and provide timely follow-ups.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to placement.
Collaborate closely with recruiters to match candidates with suitable opportunities.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/ATS is a plus).
Willingness to work in the US Shift.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Career Counseling, Customer Service, BPO, Sales or Education Counseling.
Freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply.
