Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong client-handling abilities. This role involves supporting business development activities, interacting with clients, coordinating onboarding processes, and assisting with international recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Make and receive professional calls with prospective and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Support the client onboarding process by coordinating documentation, follow-ups, and account setup.
Assist the business development team in identifying new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to support international and overseas hiring requirements.
Communicate with candidates and overseas clients regarding recruitment processes, interview schedules, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recruitment activities, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence as required.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business and recruitment activities.
Stay updated on market trends, client requirements, and international recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Confident in handling client calls and professional conversations.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and business environments.
Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Customer Success, Recruitment, or a similar role.
Exposure to international or overseas recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
