Full job description

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Match candidate qualifications with client job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer acceptance.
Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (fresh graduates with strong recruitment skills are welcome to apply).
Experience in agency recruitment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
