Role Overview

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who understands performance marketing beyond
campaign setup.
You should be comfortable planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across
Meta and Google while taking complete ownership of client performance. We’re looking for
someone proactive, analytical, and eager to continuously learn emerging advertising
platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
Deliver profitable campaign performance with strong ROAS.
Build media plans aligned with business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and take data-driven optimization decisions.
Prepare insightful reports and communicate performance to clients.
Collaborate with creative, content and account management teams.
Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving conversion rates.
Stay updated with platform changes, AI tools and advertising trends.
Guide junior team members whenever required.

Good to Have

Experience with WhatsApp Marketing campaigns
Amazon Ads
SMS/RCS campaigns
GA4, GTM and Conversion Tracking
Landing page optimization understanding
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven track record of delivering positive ROAS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership potential with an ownership mindset.
Strong communication and client management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
