Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce FSL
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to meet business needs.
- Customize FSL features such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling rules.
- Integrate FSL with systems like SAP or Boomi to enable seamless data flow.
- Write and maintain Apex classes and test classes, ensuring high code quality.
- Handle data migrations between systems with efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Document and execute unit tests for developed functionalities.
- Optimize field service processes using FSL capabilities, improving overall efficiency.
Mandatory skill sets:
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Solid experience working with FSL-specific features like the Dispatcher Console and Mobile App.
- Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and handling offline capabilities in FSL.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

- Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification (highly preferred).
Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I are advantageous.
