We help brands scale through creative strategy, AI-powered content production and performance marketing. As our company grows, we are building an AI-first sales operating system where repetitive work is handled through systems, automation and AI, allowing people to focus on high-value work.
This internship is an opportunity to become part of that journey.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI B2B Sales Operations Intern who is genuinely excited about learning.
You do not need to be an AI expert.
You do not need to know coding.
You do not need previous experience with AI agents.
What matters most is that you enjoy learning new tools, can follow systems accurately, communicate well in English, and are willing to improve every single week.
During the internship, you will work directly with the founder to help build and operate our outbound sales system. You will learn modern B2B sales operations, AI-assisted research, lead enrichment, personalization, outreach, workflow documentation and eventually AI automation.
Over time, you'll also be introduced to tools like Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, AI Agents, and workflow automation. We will teach you how to use them as part of your work.

What You'll Do
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Research D2C brands that match our ideal customer profile.
- Identify founders and decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites and other research tools.
- Find verified business email addresses.
- Enrich lead data with accurate business information.
- Maintain clean and organized CRM and lead databases.
Personalization & Outreach Support
- Research every company before outreach.
- Write personalized first lines for cold emails.
- Find unique observations about each prospect's business.
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach.
- Assist with Instagram outreach.
- Support cold email campaigns.
- Track follow-ups and keep outreach records updated.
Sales Operations
- Maintain lead sheets and CRM accurately.
- Update outreach status and pipeline.
- Follow documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document repetitive workflows for future team members.
- Help improve internal sales processes.
Learn AI for Business
Throughout the internship, you'll gradually learn how AI is used inside a modern business and implement your learnings hands-on.
This includes learning how to use tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Codex
- AI-assisted research
- AI-powered personalization
- Prompt engineering
- Workflow automation
- AI agents
You are not expected to know these tools before joining. We will train you.

- Previous internships are a bonus but not mandatory.

Working Hours
Our team primarily works during UK business hours.
Typical timings are around 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST, although some flexibility is available during the internship.
Stipend
Your compensation consists of two parts.
1. Fixed Stipend
₹10,000 per month
2. Performance Incentives
You can earn up to Rs. 15,000 more as additional incentives based on measurable performance, including:
- Qualified appointments booked.
- Clients signed.
- Accuracy and quality of research.
- Speed of execution.
- Consistency.
- Learning and applying new skills.
Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more than the fixed stipend.
