We are expanding our sales team and looking for highly motivated Sales Agents who can connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right training programs.
Position Summary
The Sales Agent will be responsible for converting qualified leads into enrolments through consultative selling. The role involves understanding customer requirements, counselling prospective learners, handling objections, conducting follow-ups, and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on career goals and learning requirements.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable courses.
Student Counselling
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding career opportunities.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, projects, trainers, duration, and career benefits.
- Assist learners in selecting the right learning path.
- Build trust through professional consultation rather than aggressive selling.
Sales
- Convert inquiries into successful enrolments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Generate revenue through course admissions.
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
- Handle objections regarding fees, timing, career opportunities, and course value.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with prospective learners.
- Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding.
Reporting
- Update CRM on a daily basis.
- Maintain sales pipeline reports.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Track conversions and follow-up status.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.

Working Hours

- Earn commission for every successful student enrollment.
- Commission will be released within 48 hours after the student's first live class begins, subject to successful registration and enrollment verification.
