Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support business process improvement, requirement analysis, and AI-powered automation initiatives.

This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates, early-career professionals, and career switchers interested in building a career in Business Analysis, AI, Automation, and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Understand workflows and identify process-improvement opportunities.
Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, and user stories.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Identify repetitive processes suitable for automation.
Support testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Analyze business data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
Assist with AI agents, APIs, n8n, and workflow-automation solutions.
Monitor project requirements, progress, and deliverables.
Research emerging AI and automation technologies.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of business processes and workflows
Knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation
Working knowledge of MS Excel and presentation tools
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams
Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BA, or a related field
Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply
Internships or academic projects in Business Analysis, Operations, IT, or Automation are preferred
Exposure to ERP/SAP, RPA, APIs, AI tools, or process management will be an advantage
