About Company**

Stackera engineers mission-critical platforms for finance, operations, and intelligence. We work with businesses across fintech, payments, automation, CRM, analytics, and enterprise software.

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Sales Operations) to support our sales team in generating business opportunities, managing client communication, coordinating proposals, maintaining CRM, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to project handover.

**Role Overview**

As a Business Development Executive (Sales Operations), you will play a key role in managing the sales pipeline, engaging with prospective clients, coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, tracking follow-ups, and supporting deal closures.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys interacting with clients, building relationships, and driving business growth in a fast-paced technology environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead generation channels.

* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand client requirements.

* Schedule discovery meetings and coordinate with founders.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline.

* Maintain accurate lead data, meeting notes, and opportunity status in CRM.

* Track proposal status, negotiations, client feedback, and next steps.

* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

* Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

* Support client onboarding after deal closure and ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team.

**Required Skills**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Client Acquisition.

* Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation.

* Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.

* Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

* Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools.

* Comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, or similar platforms.

**Good to Have**

* Experience in IT Services, SaaS, FinTech, Blockchain, AI, or Software Development.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools.

* Knowledge of proposal creation and sales documentation.

* Experience working with international clients.

* Understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
