Hiring: Website & App Developer

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and fully dedicated Website & App Developer to join our team. This is a long-term career opportunity for a responsible and disciplined candidate who is passionate about website development, mobile applications, software solutions, and modern digital technologies.

The selected candidate will work closely with the management and creative team to develop, maintain, and improve websites, Android applications, iOS applications, admin panels, and other digital platforms. Proper guidance and training will be provided according to the company’s requirements.

Candidates with practical knowledge of frontend development, backend development, databases, APIs, Firebase, responsive design, and mobile application development will be preferred.

Preference: Local candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and nearby areas

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain professional business websites.
Develop responsive websites that work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Build and manage Android and iOS mobile applications.
Develop admin panels for managing products, services, customers, orders, content, and app data.
Connect websites and mobile applications with a common database.
Integrate Firebase, Firestore, authentication, cloud storage, APIs, and third-party services.
Develop frontend interfaces and backend functionality according to project requirements.
Convert designs, references, or business ideas into functional digital products.
Test websites and applications for speed, responsiveness, usability, and security.
Identify and fix technical errors, bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
Manage website hosting, domains, deployment, app updates, and database configurations.
Upload and publish applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store when required.
Maintain organised project files, source code, database records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with management, clients, designers, content creators, and other team members.
Complete assigned development projects within the given deadlines.
Maintain the quality, accuracy, security, and consistency of all digital platforms.
Support the team in planning and implementing new features and technical solutions.

Candidate Requirements

Basic knowledge of website and application development is required.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Flutter, React Native, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, or similar technologies will be preferred.
Understanding of databases such as Firebase, Firestore, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of API integration, user authentication, cloud storage, and payment gateway integration will be an advantage.
The candidate should understand responsive design, user experience, website speed, and mobile compatibility.
Experience in developing e-commerce websites, business websites, admin panels, or mobile applications will be an advantage.
Knowledge of GitHub, version control, hosting, domains, and deployment will be preferred.
The candidate must be creative, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
The candidate should be able to work independently as well as with a team.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
The candidate must be willing to learn new technologies and improve continuously.
Freshers with strong practical skills, completed projects, or a good portfolio can also apply.
Local candidates from Chandigarh and nearby areas will be preferred.
The candidate should be dedicated to long-term growth with the company.
