About Us

We are building India's next-generation Micro Drama OTT Platform, delivering premium short-form entertainment across Android, iOS, Mobile Web, and Desktop Web.

We're looking for a passionate and growth-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to learn, experiment, and drive user acquisition. If you're enthusiastic about digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media, content, analytics, and AI tools, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
Support campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
Track key metrics such as CPI, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards.

User Acquisition & Growth

Assist in driving app installs, registrations, and subscriptions.
Support App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives.
Help improve user acquisition and retention strategies.
Coordinate with creative and product teams to optimize campaign performance.

Social Media Marketing

Manage day-to-day activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
Coordinate content publishing and campaign calendars.
Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interactions.
Research viral trends, creators, and competitor activities.

Content Marketing

Assist in creating marketing content, captions, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional copy.
Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor website and app performance using analytics tools.
Generate weekly and monthly reports.
Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Market Research

Research competitors, industry trends, and new marketing opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and platform updates.
Identify innovative growth strategies for the OTT and entertainment industry.

Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Design, Content, and Business teams.
Support influencer marketing, affiliate campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and product launches.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Mass Media, BBA, BMS, Commerce, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience (Internships, freelance work, college projects, or certifications are welcome).
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO).
Basic understanding of Firebase Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Experience managing Instagram, YouTube, or other social media pages.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, Cursor, or other AI productivity tools is a strong advantage.
OTT, entertainment, or media industry exposure is a plus.
