Base salary starts from ₹18,500 per month and is released only after the minimum monthly eligibility condition is achieved. 2. The employee must complete at least 12 valid Kavach QR Prime sales in the month to become eligible for monthly payout. 3. Incentive is ₹300 per valid Kavach QR Prime sale, subject to company verification and payout eligibility. 4. Milestone bonus is monthly and is paid according to the highest sales slab achieved in that month. Bonus is not cumulative. 5. 21 Regular Kavach QR units are mandatory every month. They may be sold or gifted/provided with Prime QR as approved by the company. 6. Regular Kavach QR units are not counted for Prime QR salary eligibility, Prime QR incentive, or Prime QR milestone bonus. Purpose This policy defines the salary, travel allowance, sales incentive, milestone bonus, minimum eligibility criteria, Regular Kavach QR requirement, and payout terms applicable to Field Sales Executives assigned to Kavach QR Prime sales. The objective is to provide a transparent monthly compensation structure for field productivity, verified QR activation, and disciplined reporting. 2. Applicability Particular Details Company Name Kavachqr Private Limited Designation Field Sales Executive Applicable Product Kavach QR Prime Payout Cycle Monthly Reporting Structure As per company and HR reporting hierarchy 3. Fixed Salary And Travel Allowance The fixed base salary starts from ₹18,500 per month. Monthly travel allowance is ₹3,000. Both components are subject to the minimum monthly eligibility condition of 12 valid Kavach QR Prime sales. Component Monthly Amount Eligibility Condition Base Salary ₹9000 Payable only after achieving at least 12 valid Kavach QR Prime sales in the month. Travel Allowance ₹3,000 Payable only after achieving at least 12 valid Kavach QR Prime sales in the month. 4. Minimum Salary Eligibility Criteria Minimum monthly eligibility is 12 valid Kavach QR Prime sales. If fewer than 12 valid Prime QR sales are achieved in a month, salary, travel allowance, incentive, and milestone bonus will not be payable for that month. Only Kavach QR Prime sales are counted for this condition. Regular Kavach QR units are not counted for the 12 Prime QR eligibility condition. 5. Prime QR Sales Incentive Incentive is payable at ₹300 per valid Kavach QR Prime sale. Incentive calculation will be based only on verified Prime QR sales records approved by the company. Formula: Total valid Prime QR sales x ₹300. Example: 40 valid Prime QR sales x ₹300 = ₹12,000 incentive. 6. Monthly Milestone Bonus Monthly Kavach QR Prime Sales Applicable Monthly Bonus Payout Status 0 to 11 ₹0 Not eligible for monthly payout 12 to 24 ₹0 Eligible for salary, TA and incentive 25 to 49 ₹4,000 Highest applicable slab bonus 50 to 74 ₹10,000 Highest applicable slab bonus 75 to 99 ₹16,000 Highest applicable slab bonus 100 and above ₹21,000 Highest applicable slab bonus 7. Regular Kavach QR Requirement The Field Sales Executive must complete 21 Regular Kavach QR units per month. These units may be completed as regular sales or gifted/provided with Kavach QR Prime, subject to company approval and campaign instructions. Regular Kavach QR units are mandatory for field activity discipline, but they do not affect Prime QR payout calculation. Salary, TA, incentive, and milestone bonus will be calculated monthly after verification of sales records, attendance, reporting, onboarding, activation records, and HR approval. 10. Management Rights Kavachqr Private Limited reserves the right to review, modify, approve, hold, reject, or recover any payout in case of incorrect reporting, customer refund, fake activation, duplicate sale, policy violation, misconduct, or business requirement. The company may revise this structure from time to time by management decision. Incentive Payment Monthly, based on valid Prime QR sales only. Regular QR Requirement 21 Regular Kavach QR units are mandatory every month. Regular QR Incentive No incentive or bonus will be paid on Regular Kavach QR units. Verification All sales are subject to verification by company records and HR approval.
